QRH2O offers text message (SMS) notifications to keep customers informed about their water delivery orders.
What you'll receive
By opting in, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from QRH2O related to your delivery, including:
- Delivery status and scheduling updates
- Confirmation requests for upcoming deliveries
- Service changes or delays affecting your delivery
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your order and delivery schedule. You will typically receive one or more messages per delivery.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. QRH2O does not charge for these messages.
How to opt in
You can opt in to SMS delivery notifications by checking the consent box on our cart page at checkout.
How to opt out
You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You may opt back in at any time by checking the consent box again on a future order.
